About C & V StraightOver 25 years ago, Clark Straight, who founded C & V Straight Property Management bought his first rental property with his wife on 9 Mt. Vernon St., which is he still owns and operates today. Clark learned early what is meant to be a good landlord by investing time and energy into his units therefore providing quality housing at a reasonable price.
In 2000, his son Matthew C. Straight decided to follow his fathers foot steps and started to work full time for his father. Together, they own the Johnsonia Building, which is considered the premier apartment building in town. Several buildings later, C & V Straight Property Management is one of the biggest rental companies in Fitchburg. However, Matthew and Clark are most proud of their reputation as landlords who care about their tenants and the community they live in. |

We take a lot of pride in our apartment buildings and this is reflected
